Perfect Balance Reflexology is a specialist therapy business based in Surrey, offering reflexology treatments focused on restoring wellbeing and balance. Founder Amy needed a modern, calming brand and a website that would reflect her ethos, while also making it easier for clients to book, pay, and connect.

We started by designing a visual identity from scratch:
A soft, tranquil logo, soothing colour palette, and clean, natural typography that reflects the practice's core values of care and calm.

From there, we built a bespoke Squarespace website designed around clarity and ease-of-use, both for new visitors and returning clients.

• Integrated Acuity scheduling, allowing clients to book sessions online

• Square POS integration for seamless payments

• A simple video discovery call booking tool to support initial consultations

• SEO-ready content and GDPR-compliant privacy tools

We continue to manage the site on an ongoing basis, ensuring everything stays up to date, secure, and optimised, so Amy can focus on helping her clients, not on fiddling with tech!
